Need to uninstall Trend Micro Officescan but don’t have the administrator password? You’ll need Administrator access to your operating system, but that’s about it. Run regedit, then navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\TrendMicro\PC-cillinNTCorp\
CurrentVersion\Misc.

The value for Allow Uninstall is probably 0 – simply change to 1, exit from the registry editor and uninstall!

Had an opportunity to see the Sony Playstation Portable (PSP) this afternoon. Graphics and sound are incredible. The screen has to be seen to be believed! Only a few days to go until the official launch here on September 3.

This is the first post! Bear with me while I start adding stuff to the site. The look needs some work too. Just using the standard Wordpress theme for now.

The primary purpose of this site is to make communication with friends and family somewhat easier. Hopefully there’ll be something of interest here every now and then. I’m really keen to start adding some gadget and tech reviews and notes too. Time permitting, of course! In the meantime, I need to wrap my brain around Wordpress to see what possibilities it offers. From what I”ve found on the local installation on my PC, this is one cool piece of software!
